Main Impeller & Drive:

  • The main impeller have speed 750/1500 synchronous dual HP motor, connected through a belt drive to a worm reduction gearbox with chain coupling
  • Main impeller provides mixing of material at center and bottom of bowl, driven through a specially designed bearing housing that provides inside wash facility and prevents leakage of material frombottom, resulting into long lasting Gearbox

Main Bowl & Bowl Cover:

  • Bowl and Beaters are made of SS 304 designed in 3 sections i.e. Flat bottom, cylindrical middle portion and conical top
  • Bowl Cover with counter balance lid. Cover has vents, view ports and charging options

Chopper Blade:

  • The Chopper Blade get drives from HP Dual speed 1500/3000 RPM synchronous speed motor
  • The motor shaft is made of S.S. and chopper blade is specially designed has 4 blades S.S. Impeller
  • The motor shaft is made of S.S. and chopper The chopper blade is coupled with motor and whole assembly is mounted horizontally with bowl
  • Material bowl lifting & lowering valve
  • Blower motor, start & stop
  • Compressed air pressure gauges


  • Mounting Platform made of robust M.S. channel frame, becomes housing of Drive Assembly under the platform
  • S.S. staircase and railings are provided for the platform & staircase
  • All sides are covered with S.S. covers

Control Panel:

The control panel is mounted on platform and contains followings;
  • Controls for discharge opening / closing
  • Auto / manual controls
  • Actuators for ON / OFF, slow, fast operation
  • Ammeter / voltmeter for both motors
  • Air regulator & Pressure gauge & air filter.
  • Timer.
  • Indicator Lights.

Pneumatic System:

  • Pneumatic system is used for Operating the discharge valve(opening & closing)
  • The system consists of an air filter pressure gauge a 2 way solenoid valve (for discharge valve) and other pipes ferrules & pneumatic fittings


  • Machine can be provided with loading & unloading units to make an assembly line & reduce material handling (Optional Feature)
  • Main Bearing Housing provided with 3 nos Oil Seals and sleeve to minimize powder leakages / cross contamination
  • Main panel provided with pressure switch control for proper functioning of the machine at desired pressure of air only to prevent powder entry into impeller and eliminates jamming of impellers
  • To eliminate powder entering the seal Air purged shaft seals are provided
  • Built in cleaning system for both shaft seals
  • Taper lock pulley on main drive to reduce vibration and better transmission efficiency

  • Chopper motor with built in S.S. shaft to eliminate roller, bearings and reduce maintenance
  • Discharge plunger provided with 3 position solenoid valve to open and close at desired levels, thereby regulating the discharge and preventing discharge of large lumps
